Current project - Goodhue Development, Seattle, WA
The Goodhue Development will contain 26 new single-family residential houses that will enjoy responsible luxury of design, located in the convenient Haller Lake neighborhood of northeast Seattle. The development is three blocks from the neighborhood community center and public swimming pool, a five-minute drive to Northgate Shopping Mall, and a 15-minute drive to Downtown Seattle. It is located within 10 blocks of the Seattle School District’s Ingraham High School and the prestigious private institution Lakeside High School, as well as public elementary school.
The Goodhue homes will be built in line with the company's goal of creating urban space that is comfortable, aesthetically pleasing, and environmentally friendly. The project is currently in the process of subdivision and construction is expected to start in fall 2009.
